# Platform Wallets

> See every client wallet on your platform and review the daily differences between what Meta delivered and what was charged.

## What is this?

Platform Wallets lists every client wallet on your platform and the **adjustments** that keep those wallets accurate. Clients on a WhatsApp credit line are charged from their wallet as they send. Each day the platform compares what Meta says it delivered with what was charged. Any difference becomes an adjustment that you approve or reject — nothing is added to or taken from a wallet until you approve it.

<Info>
  Viewing Platform Wallets needs the `platform:view` permission. Approving or rejecting an adjustment needs `platform:manage` — without it the Approve and Reject icons are not shown.
</Info>

## What can I do here?

* Read the summary tiles: **Wallets**, **Pending adjustments**, **To debit**, and **To credit**
* **Search wallets** and **Refresh** the list
* On the **Wallets** tab, see each client's **Balance** (with a **Low balance** flag when it is at or below their threshold), **Status**, **Recharged (30 days)**, **Charged (30 days)**, number of **Credit-line numbers**, and **Pending** adjustments
* On the **Adjustments** tab, filter by **Pending**, **Approved**, **Rejected**, or **All**
* **Approve** or **Reject** a pending adjustment

## How to use it

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Platform Wallets">
    Go to **Platform → Wallets** in the sidebar. The **Adjustments** tab opens first, filtered to **Pending**. The number beside the tab is how many are waiting.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read an adjustment">
    Each row shows the client and the WhatsApp Business Account, the **Day** it covers, the pricing **Category**, and the **Messages** — how many Meta delivered and how many were charged. **Amounts** compares what was **Expected** with what was **Charged**. The **Adjustment** tag shows the difference as a **Debit** (the client was undercharged) or a **Credit** (the client was overcharged). A difference that is unusually big is marked "Unusually large, check before approving".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve or reject">
    Click the **✓** icon to **Approve**. The dialog says what will happen — for example "…will be debited from the client's wallet" or "…will be credited to the client's wallet" — and approving posts it. Click the **✗** icon to **Reject**; optionally enter a **Reason**, and nothing is posted. You'll see "Adjustment approved and posted to the wallet" or "Adjustment rejected, nothing was posted".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the outcome">
    Switch the filter to **Approved** or **Rejected** to see decided adjustments with their status (**Posting**, **Approved**, **Rejected**, or **Matched** when nothing needed adjusting) and any reason you entered.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

* **"You do not have permission to view platform wallets."** Ask an administrator for the `platform:view` permission.
* **I can't see the Approve and Reject icons.** You need `platform:manage`. Only adjustments that are still **Pending** can be decided.
* **"Could not update this adjustment."** The decision didn't go through. Refresh and try again — the adjustment may already have been decided.
* **A client's wallet shows "Low balance".** Their balance is at or below their low-balance threshold. See [Wallet Settings](/platform/settings/wallet-settings) for the default threshold.
* **An adjustment is very large.** Check the client's recent campaigns and messages before approving — approving posts the full amount.
* **"No adjustments here" / "No wallets found."** Nothing matches this filter yet. The comparison runs daily, so new adjustments appear after it runs.
