The **Report Settings** tab, inside Platform Settings, configures a daily HTML email summary of platform activity - new users, payments, tickets, and subscriptions - sent automatically to the platform superadmin using the platform's own Email Settings. Report Settings tab showing the daily platform summary card and the metrics-to-include card ## What can I do here? * Enable or disable the daily platform summary email * Set the send time as a UTC hour (0-23) * View the platform superadmin's email address, which always receives the summary when one exists (read-only) * Add extra recipient email addresses, comma-separated, in addition to the superadmin * Choose which metrics are included, such as new users, successful payments, payment revenue, failed payments, new tickets, open tickets, resolved tickets, and active subscriptions * Save the configuration * Trigger an immediate test send to verify formatting and delivery ## How to use it 1. Open **Platform Settings** from the Platform sidebar and select the **Report Settings** tab. 2. Toggle **Enable Daily Report** on to turn on the daily summary email. 3. Check the **Platform Superadmin (Primary Recipient)** field to confirm the address that always receives the summary (this field cannot be edited here). 4. Set **Send Hour (UTC)** to the hour the summary should go out each day. 5. In **Extra Recipients (optional)**, add any additional email addresses, separated by commas, who should also receive the summary. In the **Metrics to Include** card, toggle on each metric you want to appear in the emailed summary - only enabled metrics are included. Click **Send test report** to immediately email a sample summary to the configured recipients and confirm everything is set up correctly. ## Troubleshooting / Technical Notes * **Adding several extra recipients.** Separate addresses with commas, semicolons, spaces, or new lines, so a list pasted from Outlook (semicolon-separated) works as is. * **A recipient never gets the report.** Addresses aren't checked for format when you save, so a typo saves successfully and fails when the email is sent. Re-check the saved addresses for mistakes. * **Send Hour (UTC).** Enter a value from 0 to 23. Values outside that range aren't blocked as you type, so double-check the number you save. * **"Send test report" doesn't match the real email.** The test uses the values currently in the form, including changes you haven't saved yet. Save first if you want to test exactly what is stored. * **The Platform Superadmin (Primary Recipient) field says "Not found."** The platform has no superadmin email configured. If reports aren't arriving at all, check the superadmin account and your [Email Settings](/platform/settings/email-settings) first.
