Facebook Insights gives you a live view of performance data for your connected Facebook Page, pulled directly from Meta — page-level activity metrics and lifetime engagement metrics for individual posts. the full Facebook Insights page, showing the page metric tiles at the top and the Post Insights panel below with a post selected ## What can I do here? * View page-level metric tiles across the top: **Media Views**, **Unique Viewers**, **Post Engagements**, **Followers**, **Page Profile Views**, and **New Followers** (daily figures for the connected Page) * Browse the Page's most recent posts (up to 25) in the **Post Insights** panel, using the left and right arrow buttons over the post image * View lifetime metrics for the selected post: **Post Views**, **Unique Views**, **Post Clicks**, and **Reactions** * Open the original post on Facebook in a new tab via the **Open** link on the selected post * Manually reload the selected post's lifetime metrics with the **Refresh** button * See an in-page banner explaining why data is missing — for example when the connected Page is missing the `read_insights` or `pages_read_engagement` permission, or when Meta returned no metric values ## How to use it 1. Make sure a Facebook Page is connected to your active channel. If none is connected, the page shows a "No Facebook Page Connected" message pointing you to Settings. the "No Facebook Page Connected" empty state 2. Review the metric tiles across the top of the page for a daily snapshot of Page activity. the row of page metric tiles: Media Views, Unique Viewers, Post Engagements, Followers, Page Profile Views, New Followers 3. Scroll down to the **Post Insights** section. Your most recent post loads automatically. 4. Use the left/right arrow buttons over the post image to step through the Page's recent posts. the post image panel with previous/next arrow buttons, the post message, and its date 5. Review the **Stats** panel next to the post image for that post's lifetime metrics: Post Views, Unique Views, Post Clicks, and Reactions. 6. Click **Open** to view the original post on Facebook in a new tab. 7. Click **Refresh** next to Post Insights if the lifetime metrics look out of date. If you see a banner reading that no page metric values were returned, check that the connected Facebook user has the Page's Analyze task assigned and that the Page has had recent activity — reconnecting the Page in Settings with Insights permissions granted resolves most cases. Access to this page requires the `facebook:view` permission and an active plan that includes Facebook integration; without either, the page shows an access-denied or upgrade-required message instead of data.
