What is this?
When the problem is the number or the WhatsApp account — not one message — the WhatsApp Health panel on Channels → WhatsApp tells you. It says Everything is working, or lists Problems that may block your messages and items that Need attention, each with a fix link.
What can I do here?
- Read the health panel and fix what’s listed
- Fix payment, verification, token and registration problems
- Understand quality and messaging limits
How to use it
Open Channels → WhatsApp, look at WhatsApp Health and click the refresh icon to check again.
What each item means
Access token expired or invalid
Symptoms: sends fail with 190, 0, 10 or a code from 200 to 299. If you connected with Embedded Signup (Tech Provider / Partner or Solution Partner), use Reconnect. If you connected with Direct Cloud API, open Settings on the card and paste a new permanent Access Token.
The number isn’t registered
If sending fails with 133010 or 131045, the number isn’t registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Use Register Phone and enter the 6-digit two-step verification PIN. Related errors:
The account is restricted
Codes 368, 131031 and 130497 mean WhatsApp has restricted or disabled the account, or limited messaging to some countries. Check Meta’s business support page for the reason and appeal there. Nothing in the platform can lift it.
Credit line numbers
If the number is on credit line billing, sending needs the credit line to be Attached and your wallet to have balance. See WhatsApp channel → How the channel is billed. A Failed credit line can be retried or converted to direct billing.
Troubleshooting / Technical Notes
- Health says “Not checked yet.” Click the refresh icon to run a check.
- Everything is green but messages still fail. Open the failed message for its Error Code — see Message failed to send.
- I can’t disconnect the number. It is on credit line billing with an Attached or Pending credit line — see WhatsApp channel.
