What is this?
Click a service in the list to open its page. The tabs along the top hold every setting for that service. Changes are saved with the save button on each tab; if you leave with unsaved changes you’re asked whether to Discard them. The page header also has Publish/Pause and New booking, and tiles for Today, Upcoming, Pending, and Completed bookings. What can I do here?

FAQs
Click Add a question and enter a Question and Answer. They appear as expandable answers on this service’s booking page.Questions
Add extra questions customers answer when booking, beyond name, phone, and email. Each has a label, a type — Text, Number, or Choice list — and a Required switch. For a choice list, type each option and press Enter. Answers appear on the booking.Waiver
Turn on Ask customers to accept a waiver, then add a Waiver title and the Waiver text. Customers must tick that they accept it and type their full name to sign before they can book. Staff see Waiver signed on the booking.Delivery
Three switches control how customers hear about their booking:- Email delivery — sends confirmations, changes and reminders by email, when the customer gave an email address. Uses your platform’s email setup and branding.
- WhatsApp delivery — sends the same messages to the phone number the customer booked with, as WhatsApp messages with a View booking button to see, move or cancel the booking. The messages are saved in the customer’s conversation.
- Reminders — sends an automatic reminder hours before the booking (from 1 to 720). It follows whichever of email and WhatsApp delivery are on.
A customer who booked with only a phone number still gets every update, as long as WhatsApp delivery is on and the templates are approved. Without an email or a working WhatsApp delivery, they can still use the link on the confirmation page.
Registration
- Labels for the customer — added to the customer’s contact when they book, so you can segment them later. Type a label and press Enter.
- Delete service — the button at the top of the tab moves the service to the trash. You need the delete permission.
The Assign new customers to option on this tab is shown but isn’t used yet.

- Customers see no times. Check the service is Published, a person is assigned, and that person has working hours — see Team, Locations & Calendar. Also check Minimum notice and Book up to.
- A time I expected isn’t offered. It may fall outside working hours, collide with another booking or its buffer, or be blocked on a linked Google Calendar.
- People can book more than the seats. They can’t — a start is offered until its seats run out, and a group needs that many free seats.
- Customers can’t cancel. Check Customers can cancel is on, and the cut-off hasn’t passed.
- A reminder wasn’t sent. Reminders go only to confirmed bookings that haven’t started — one waiting for approval is reminded after you approve it. The customer also needs to have given an email address, and Send a reminder must be on. Each booking is reminded at most once.
- “You have unsaved changes.” Save the tab, or Discard to leave.
