What is this?
The Affiliate Settings tab is where platform administrators configure the referral and commission program. You set the commission percentages, hold period, optional referred-user bonus, and which payment types earn a commission. All payouts go to the referrer’s wallet.
What can I do here?
- Enable or disable the affiliate program
- Set the first-payment commission percentage — the share the referrer earns when a referred user pays for the first time
- Set the recurring commission percentage — the share the referrer earns on every subsequent payment
- Set the recurring duration — how many months the recurring commission runs (leave blank for lifetime)
- Set the referred-user bonus — wallet credit the referred user receives after their first payment (set to 0 to skip)
- Set the hold period (days) — commissions are credited this many days after payment, so refunds can be caught before payout
- Set the minimum payment — payments below this amount earn no commission
- Toggle Earn on plan and add-on payments — include subscriptions and add-on purchases in commission calculations
- Toggle Earn on wallet recharges — include wallet top-ups in commission calculations
The tab also shows a list of all affiliates: name, referral code, referral count, pending payout, credited payout, and their status (Active or Disabled). You can toggle any affiliate between Active and Disabled from this list.
How to use it
- Go to Platform Settings → Affiliate Settings.
- Enable the program using the Enable affiliate program toggle.
- Set your commission rates and hold period.
- Click Save settings.
Users can then find their referral link and commission history under Affiliate & Commission in the workspace sidebar.
Troubleshooting / Technical Notes
- Users cannot see the Affiliate & Commission page. Make sure the program is enabled here. If it is enabled but the page still shows a disabled message, check platform visibility settings.
- Commissions are not being credited. Verify the hold period is set correctly and that the payment type (plan, recharge) has its toggle on.
